Orders may be paid by Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express,
Money Order, check or COD. If sending a check, add 25% for shipping
charges - minimum $12.00, overages will be credited or refunded. Checks
are held for 12 working days for bank clearance. If COD, will require
cashiers check or money order, plus $6.00 COD charge. Minimum order
$30.00
Shipping charges are UPS rates to the customer area.

Outside Continental United States, APO, FPO, customer pays all shipping
charges.
BACK ORDER: We are a manufacturer/distributor and do stock inventory,
though at times, some items may not be in stock and an item(s) will be on
back order and shipped as soon as possible. If item(s) needed for a special
date, please advise when placing order. Back orders of $15.00 or less, will
become a reorder item unless otherwise specified by customer.
DAMAGE CLAIMS & RETURNS: Any discrepancies or damages must be
reported to the shipping company. Keep all packing and boxes until
inspection. Notification of any discrepancies on order must be done within 7
days of receipt of order. After 7 days, Robinson's Woods will no longer be
responsible for any damages, omissions, etc. Too, without proper
authorization, returns will not be granted credit for the return shipping
charges. No shipping credit on returns through postal service unless
customer has a return number from Robinson's Woods. We do make every
reasonable effort to ensure quality merchandise going to our customers.
No returns on books, painting instruction packets, paint, brushes, padded
tablets or wood items with patterns.
REFUSED SHIPMENTS: Customer will be charged all shipping cost
incurred. If COD, no future shipment will be shipped to the customer
without prepayment of order.
There is a 25% restocking charge for all returned orders.
ROBINSON'S WOODS WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY COD'S
TAX EXEMPT ORDERS: For Ohio customers and orders picked up in
shop, a Blanket Exemption form with Shop and/or name, address, phone
number, and vendors numbers with date of issue must be in our files in
order to NOT be charged a state sales tax.
TERMINOLOGY:
O/S = Out of Stock
BO = Back Order, will be shipped as soon as possible
RO = Reorder item at later date
Closeout items: Will be discontinued after stock is depleted. We
will no longer be making or carrying that item. ALL SALES FINAL
